Alexa for Shopping Listing Readiness Checker (Formerly Amazon Rufus)
Alexa for Shopping is Amazon's current name for the shopping assistant previously called Rufus. It helps shoppers research products and compare options inside Amazon experiences.
This free tool analyzes an Amazon ASIN using six listing-readiness areas the current data provider can observe: catalog completeness (25 points), title clarity (20 points), bullet depth (15 points), enhanced content (15 points), image coverage (10 points), and customer evidence (15 points).
The result is an ALFI heuristic for prioritizing listing work. Amazon does not publish an Alexa for Shopping recommendation score, and this checker does not observe whether the assistant recommends a product. Q&A and video are not scored because the current data provider cannot detect them reliably.
Use the audit to identify listing gaps, verify them in Seller Central, and prioritize changes that make the offer clearer to shoppers. Works for Amazon.com (US), Amazon.ca (Canada), Amazon.co.uk (UK), Amazon.de (Germany), and Amazon.com.au (Australia).
